What is a ninja gym?

Ninja is an exciting, globally growing sport where athletes tackle obstacles designed to test their balance, strength, agility, and overall coordination. In a ninja gym, kids can enjoy learning how to navigate these challenging obstacles while having fun.

What happens in a typical class?

Our "Junior Ninja" classes are 50 minutes in duration. The first 15 minutes are dedicated to a warm-up led by the instructor. The rest of the class is divided between three separate obstacle courses.

Our "Beginner Ninja" classes are 1 hour in duration. The first 15 minutes are dedicated to a warm-up led by the instructor. The rest of the class is divided into two parts: one half is spent navigating an obstacle course, while the other half focuses on "stations," where students work on individual skill progressions. Each student receives personalized coaching, and their progress is monitored using our "Skill Tracker."

You can view your child's progress on the TV display located near the desk during their class.

Is there a free trial class?

We offer a "No Commitment" trial for all new ninjas. What this means is if your child didn't enjoy their first class, just let us know at the end of your first class, we'll un-enroll you and not charge you a dime.
